Pures Plantations Dark Couverture Chocolate

For the very first time, the Chocolaterie de l’Opéra® has produced a couverture chocolate using single-origin, single variety cocoa beans from a specific land parcel.

This chocolate came about the meeting of two men: Nicolas de Loisy and a man called Pedro Neto, managing the Lajedo Do Ouro Ouro Plantation.
Nicolas and Pedro, both sharing the same passion, set up an oustanding partnership and created a pioneering chocolate: a delimited area in the plantation has been dedicated for the Chocolaterie de l’Opéra®, a garantee of constant quality, original taste and perfectly traceable products.
