PARIS : Coupe de France des Jeunes Chocolatiers Confiseurs 2018
One again this year, Chocolaterie de l’Opéra was present at the « Coupe de France des Jeunes Chocolatiers Confiseurs », organized by the French Academy of Chocolate and Confectionery. We especially thank Mrs Katherine Khodorowsky, President, as well as all the academicians for organizing this event that plays a role in further developing the skills of chocolate and confectionery makers. 27 candidates took part and produced masterpieces on the theme of the « Little Prince » as well as chocolate candies (two-layer gianduja free and ganache honey and a fruit caramel).
This year, Mr. Dani Pierard has distinguished himself by winning three awards: The Gold Medal, the Flavor Cup and the Technology Diploma. Our different chocolates have accompanied him in his achievements and we are very proud of his success.
