Guatemala is one of the original birthplace of cocoa. The cocoa found there today is still pure and preserved and it’s a Forastero Acriollado genetic profile.
The cocoa mass made from those beans presents complex and intense aromas that express the full intensity of the Guatemala terroir.
This pure cocoa mass was created using the new roasting process Séquencia® Technology.
Impressive aromatic expression with suddenly released aromas of fermentation and fresh cocoa beans. It is round and full-bodied. The aromatic palette is complex with notes of citrus and red fruit tempered by the chocolate aromas, long-lasting and pure.
