The Criollo Sambirano cocoa bean chosen is one of the most remarkable.
The nose is powerful, racy and very expressive.
On the palate, it has a silky texture and aromas of toasted nuts that express the full intensity of the terroirs chosen.
The finish is pleasingly persistent.
