An expert blend of cocoa beans from Guatemala and Madagascar.
Guatemala is one of the original birthplaces of cocoa. The cocoa found in Guatemala today still pure and preserved with Forastero Acriollado genetic profile, genuine aromatic gems.
In Madagascar, the high quality trees, have always been planted in the Sambirano region.
The Criollo Sambirano cocoa bean chosen is one of the most remarkable.

Taste

The nose is powerful, racy and very expressive.

On the palate, it has a silky texture and aromas of toasted nuts that express the full intensity of the terroirs chosen.

The finish is pleasingly persistent.
