Origin

In southern Vietnam, the Bên Tre region is ideal for cultivating cocoa. In the heart of this fertile valley irrigated by the Mekong River, we met a small cocoa cooperative called Vietcacao.

This family business perfectly masters all the cocoa processing steps, enhancing the typical aspect of Vietnamese terroir.

Taste

A warm taste, citrus-fruit-like aromas, few notes of dried fruits and honey.
