Dîner des Chefs
It was with great pleasure and pride that our first Chefs’ Dinner was held at the Plaza Athenee Hotel to introduce our new Jamaican chocolate, JAMAYA73. It was an opportunity for us to thank these big names in French pastry for their trust and loyalty, both professional and humane. A special thought to Angelo Musa that allowed us to create this wonderful moment and to Alexandre Dufeu who did us the honor to present us the 2017 Christmas log … divine!
