Discovery day – June 2018

As a family business, we like to share our passion with those who have the same level of requirements. It is essential to build a close relationship with our customers to accomodate their needs. This Discovery Day on Monday, June 25th, is a perfect illustration. We invited craftmen from France and Europe to discover our know-how and our latest technological innovation: SEQUENCIA (the roasting process invented by Olivier and Nicolas de Loisy). Several workshops were offered during the morning led by Mrs. Katherine Khodorowsky (Sociologist of the evolution of taste and chocolate), Nicolas de Loisy, 4th generation of couverture chocolate maker and Maxime Falempin, production manager. For lunch, we asked the Michelin-starred Chef Matthieu Dupuis-Baumal from Aupiho (Domaine de Manville) to imagine a 100% cocoa lunch … it was a real pleasure for the eyes and the palate. And to highlight our from SEQUENCIA chocolates range, two exceptional MOFs, Franck Kestener and Frédéric Hawecker, presented two recipes. A big thank to all of the professionals who made the trip for this day and especially to the Club Prosper Montagné which allowed us to meet their 2018 winner Julien Richard.
