Hong-Kong : Easter Tea Set
The Dear Lilly a romantic restaurant in Hong Kong presented an impressive Easter Tea Set featuring a choice of savoury and premium sweet delicacies. From 1st April to 30th April, this mouth-watering event is based around a range of recipes created by Julien Zampieri, Executive Pastry Chef :
- The Blue Berry Opera : a mixed of fruity blueberry crémeux and namelaka vanilla with the addition of the white chocolate Concerto® 32%
- Smoked chocolate Mousse : made with the Madong couverture (from Papua New Guinea) mixed with coffee and chillies
- The Religieuse : using Samana® 62% (from Dominican Republic) and the crémeux with Carupano® 70% (from Venezuela).
