On May 14, we had the pleasure to welcome Es Koyama, one of the most famous Chocolate & Pastry Chef in Japan.
He came to the Chocolaterie de l’Opéra with his whole team (60 people) to attend an exclusive demonstration led by Frédéric Hawecker.
Even if you don’t speak the same language, when a passion is shared, there is no problem of communication!
