This year we welcome the triple-awarded chef Jean-Thomas Schneider. He is World Pastry Champion, World Ice Cream Champion and Meilleur Ouvrier de France Glacerie. He will share all his exceptional creative talent and technical prowess with you. You will discover everything there is to know about ice cream recipes, ice cream desserts and also exclusive recipes using our chocolates. Another innovation: this demonstration will be held at the Cordon Bleu Cookery School in the heart of Paris.

For many years, he taught young Japanese chefs at Tsuji School and Vincent is the very embodiment of the word “transmission”. He will share with you his ideas of flavour combinations, Christmas decorations and assemblies.
