Ice Cream Demonstration
With David Wesmaël (MOF glacier)


On April 27 and 28, we had the pleasure of hosting David Wesmaël, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Glacier and 2006 World Pastry Champion.
He gave us precious advice to make original ice cream recipes, combining flavours and contrasting textures.
He also introduce our new technical guide, called « Compositions », supervised by Frédéric Hawecker and David Wesmaël.
