Koichi Adachi wins the 2020 Prosper Montagné Trophy
The trophy was presented on 3rd February at the Ferrandi School in Paris. Attending were Jean-François Girardin, winner of the 1981 Prosper Montagné Trophy, MOF 1994 and National President of Meilleurs Ouvrier de France and Francis Durnerin, President of the Prosper Club Montagné. This year was a special edition celebrating the 70th anniversary of what is today the oldest culinary competition in France. Of the 6 very talented finalists, it was Japanese chef Koichi Adachi who won 1st prize. A remarkable victory which will open up new horizons for him. Well done!
Since its very beginnings, Chocolaterie de l’Opéra has supported gastronomic excellence. This is why we are a partner of the Ferrandi School and therefore the Prosper Montagné Trophy
