New winners from the contest « Meilleur Ouvrier de France »


As a partner from the contest « one of the Meilleur Ouvrier de France » category Pastry and Chocolaterie, we congratulate the two new winners who were supported by Chocolaterie de l’Opéra during this final event. We will be at their side on the day of graduation next April at university « La Sorbonne » in Paris…

He used in particular our dark couverture chocolate  CARUPANO 70% (from Venezuela) and the milk chocolate DIVO 40% 

Chocolaterie : VINCENT DURANT (Teacher at the Pastry school Tsuji)
Using the dark couverture chocolate MADONG 70% (from Papua New Guinea) and the other couverture ARCATO 40%
