Last month we organized a Masterclass with our Finnish distributor.   We were delighted to welcome Sébastien Trudelle  (2018 winner of the « Un des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France » contest – Pastry category). At the event, Sébastien selected famous dark couverture chocolates  based on their fine taste and technical advantages.
