On May 27th, Chocolaterie de l’Opéra was in Japan !
Chef Tahei Oikawa, member of Relais Desserts introduced five cake recipes with one extra caramel recipe, using Passionato 62%, Carupano 62%, Madong 70%, Samana 62% & 70%.
More than 70 persons attended the demonstration !
