Last November was the 1st Chef web-demo with Frédéric Hawecker. On this occasion, no less than 100 pastry chefs and chocolate makers attended
the Christmas recipes broadcast by Chef Frédéric Hawecker behind their screens.
A moment of question and answer exchange allowed all the participants to find new advice. Especially on the preparation and conservation of ganaches.
