LARGO® 70 % is made from Criollo and Forastero cocoa beans, coming from Caribbean and Indian Ocean.
This couverture chocolate is the result of a genuine creative work : Olivier and Nicolas de Loisy combine different aromas, with no vanilla added, to reveal the intense taste of cocoa without acidity.

A high cocoa butter content makes this dark couverture chocolate suitable for various uses, most particularly for coating, moulding and bars.

LARGO® 70 %  is a strong couverture chocolate, high in cocoa, with notes of lemon, red berries and liquorice!
