On September 22nd and 23th, The Chocolaterie de l’Opera® hosted a chocolate workshop led by Mathieu Taborcia, from Hawecker boutique – Frédéric Hawecker, Meilleur ouvrier de France Chocolatier 2011.
He proposed a selection of original Christmas Yule log recipes, especially created for the Chocolaterie de l’Opera®.
This convivial and sharing event ended with a nice tasting session for every participant.
