Tuesday, November 7th was held the presentation of graduates 2016 Bachelor of the school FERRANDI with whom we are partner. We thank the students of the school who had made on this occasion a magnificent buffet composed of new recipes using our chocolates and pralines. More photos to come!

Tuesday, October 11, Fabien Déal was training at the ENSP (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie, Alain Ducasse) on the theme « Christmas Chocolates » with our chocolate. A nice way to discover their ease of use and to appropriate them.
