This contest has once again kept its promise!

Like every year, chocolate lovers gathered in Troyes for the Gastronomy Fair to support the young candidates. For 8 long hours, they had to combine concentration and creativity to make sublime pieces of chocolate under the eyes of the public. Imagined by Pascal Caffet, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 1989, it enhances and promotes the profession of chocolate maker and has truly fulfilled its mission. The next French generation is here and the profession of chocolate maker of the future!

  • 1st prize : Arthur Gavelle from Caen
  • 2nd prize : Alexis Daguet from Paris
  • 3rd prize : Gaël Menard from La Garenne Colombes (near Paris)
