Last May we held our private demonstration on the theme of « Gourmandises Boutique » at the Ecole Supérieure de la Table in Bordeaux.

Pierre Mathieu (former Pastry Chef of the Mandarin Oriental Paris) and newly settled in Bordeaux presented five pastry recipes using Séquencia and Pures Plantations chocolates range . Pierre Mathieu, a great lover of our couverture chocolate, offers very gourmet recipes that subtly combine the aromatic power of our chocolates with the freshness of the fruit.
