Description
Made from our Jamaican beans. This paste has been treated to Séquencia® roasting that reveals the fruit taste. It has complex and intense aromas with a lingering aftertaste.
Origin
The beans from Jamaica were left to their own devices for a long time and over the centuries developed a fantastic flavour profile. ICCO has recognised this asset and named it "fine cocoa". The delicate aromas strike the right balance with diverse notes with a large palette of aromas.
