Pures Plantations® couverture chocolates:
- Since 1995, Olivier de Loisy® has demonstrated a purist approach to single-origin chocolate. One classified and certified cocoa bean type per Pures Plantations® couverture chocolate. Roasting in small batches, depending on bean type, with effective bacteriology.
- Chocolaterie de l’Opéra® offers its range of Pures Plantations® dark chocolate in two formulations, 70% and 62%, depending on use.
- In 2013, Chocolaterie de l’Opéra® created a 43% Madagascar milk chocolate that combines a light colour with intense cocoa aromas and the mildness of milk.
